3+ weeks before event: full refund

2–3 weeks before event: 50% refund, or you may move your reservation to another available date. see rescheduling policy below.

less than 2 weeks before event: no refund (it’s near impossible to rebook a workshop on short notice, as they take 3+ weeks to plan). you may move your reservation to another available date. see rescheduling policy below.
Rescheduling policy
reservations can only be moved once. if you cancel the rescheduled date, the above refund policy will apply.
you are welcome to reschedule your event to:

2 weeks within original date: at no cost

3-4 weeks within original date: $30 rescheduling fee

4+ weeks within original date: $50 rescheduling fee
the rescheduling fee helps cover the lost opportunity to book another guest for that date, since workshop seats are limited and another guest may have booked that spot.
