Space & amenities

Location: 1859 West Adams Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90018

Capacity: Up to 20 people

Amenities included: AC, tables + chairs, Wi-Fi, bathroom, mini fridge, shelf space for product display

Parking: Free street parking (not guaranteed, first come first serve)
Rental fees

Rates: $50/hour weekdays, $60/hour weekends
-
Setup and cleanup: Up to 2 hours included at no charge (e.g. 2 hr workshop + 1 hr setup + 1 hr cleanup = 4 hrs total, but only 2 billed).

Payment: Full payment is due upon booking, or within 72 hours of payment link sent.

Adjustments: Rates may change in the future; current rates honored once booking is confirmed.
Ticket sales & profits

Host retains 100% of ticket sales and product sales.

Owner does not take a percentage.

Hosts are responsible for setting fair ticket prices, selling tickets, and covering their own business expenses.

Liability & safety

Host is responsible for the safety and conduct of all attendees.

Host must comply with all applicable laws, including fire codes and accessibility regulations.

Owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, theft, or property damage during the event.

Host agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner against any claims arising from the event.
Damages & cleanliness

Host is responsible for leaving the space clean and undamaged.

Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be billed to Host.

Trash must be collected and disposed of in designated bins
Time slots & scheduling
Tentative slots:

Weekends: 11am–1pm, 4pm–6pm

Weekdays: 1pm–3pm, 6pm–8pm
-
Scheduling is first come, first served, subject to Owner’s curation to ensure a balanced calendar.

Requests for alternate times may be accommodated at Owner’s discretion.
Insurance (optional but recommended)

Owner does not currently provide event insurance.
-
Host is encouraged to obtain liability insurance for their event.
